I spent $10 on Instagram ads. 1,137 people showed up.

Industry-average CTR runs 1–2%. Tremer (트레머) hit 16.3%. Industry-average CAC runs $0.35–1.40. Ours was $0.01 — one cent per user. One deployed app, one Instagram account.

One cent. Per user.

When I first saw the numbers, I didn't celebrate — I panicked. Numbers this good usually mean something is broken. But the clicks were real. The signups were real. The users were real.

Here's the thing nobody tells you: 16 months of building, 6 pivots, 6 times I thought it was over. A stock market for words → an illegal-gambling problem → a 'so what' problem → an engagement explosion → a B2B data engine. Each pivot felt like failure. Each one sharpened the blade.

And now, for the price of a single piece of candy, that blade cut through the noisiest platform on earth. But I've been burned before. Clicks ≠ retention. 'Will they come?' is answered. 'Will they stay?' is not.

I'll let you know in 4 weeks. If it fails, I'll write that article too.
